Vegan Pastry Chef Jen, and choc-ko-late.

My favorite pastry chef (o.k. she is the only pastry chef i know) but nonetheless my favorite, is up to her usual merry concoction making, this time its chocolate.

Jen sells excuse me she MAKES scrumptious vegan chocolate masterpieces to die for, so do pay her site a visit and get some animal-friendly cruelty-free chocolate goodies from her. Caution, looking at her blog long enough, will make you very very hungry for delicious sugary goods. You’ve been warned!

Her pastry shop is based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Can you say Yum!
