What is Vegatism?
Vegatism is a philosophy that says people should not hurt animals in any way. This is like a lifestyle of the vegans who choose to live their life without using any products that comes from animals, like milk, eggs, meat, cheese, etc. Vegans also don’t use clothes which are made from animal skin or make-up and stuff like that which has been tested on animals. Vegans eat however a lot of soy products to gain proteins and of course a lot of vegetables. The average Vegan is also healthier than the average non-vegan. This is because a vegan eats a lot better food then a guy who eat his lunch at Burger King etc.
Support Animal rights
Even you are not a vegetarian, you can still support and stop the animal tests. Animal tests normally occurs in case there are some companies need to launch the new products and want to make sure that it will not harm people but take the animals as the victim instead.
The animal tests can show that animals’ lives mean nothing to someone and they don’t care that if the animals die as long as they get the benefits. You can support by stop buying the product which had animal tests.
I totally against on the animal tests on cosmetic because. If you have bad skin and bad health, there are not any cosmetic brands to help you out with that. Beauty comes from inside, eat good food which will nourish your health and your skin. It affects to your whole body and you will look beautiful even without makeup. Being a vegetarian can help too, vegan can lose weight; get fresh skin and more energy.
I still buy cosmetic, don’t get me wrong. But it should do nothing with animal. And just want you to realize that before you consider to buy the expensive one cosmetic, look at the way you eat and change it to be better.
How to become a vegan
The first thing you have to realize before become a vegan is that you have to know deep down in your heart that you want to be a vegan, not because other people do and you just follow them. It’s not wrong to follow the good example of others but you will not be a vegan for long and don’t feel happy while you’re eating.
Since you realize that you really need to be a vegan. There are many reasons why people turn to be vegans like loving animals, healthy, clean the stomach and more. But since you can focus on what you want to do. You can start by eat less meat as much as possible, reduce the number of meat day by day. At the same time, eat them with vegetable. Until you can stop eating meat, start eating veggies completely. If you’re the one who doesn’t like vegetable, first eating the one you like. There must be some kind of vegetables you like to eat, start from them first.
Start to eat less outside the house but cooking food by yourself and all food should not have meat in it. if you don’t know how to cook, ask someone to do it for you. Your first vegetarian meal should be delicious, so it can convince you to feel good eating them.
Also if you are the person who trust in animal right, it’s a lot easier to stop eating meat. Meat in the opinion of the vegans is just like the dead meat and they don’t eat dead meat to harm their bodies.
