This book should be of special interest for people over 40, especially men. I would like to introduce you to the very basis of Yoga. This short workout takes no more than 5 minutes but covers a lot. It helps improve strength and flexibility of the muscles and spinal column. It also warms up the body and tones the abdominal muscles.
